Each of your trader's unique profiles is pre-programmed so that requisite voice services are available from any position in the facility at any time.
Virtual 'private wire' capability is provided using technologies such as DDI, Reverse DDI and Call Line Identification. The call profile of a large number of traders can be held ready so that these details are immediately available to the relevant people at the time of an incident.
