Next Advisory Board Meeting

Thursday 7th October 2008

As most of you are aware, the SunGard Availability Services Customer Advisory Board has been in operation for a number of years in the UK.

The Board’s full Charter can be found by clicking here.  One of its main aims is to provide a conduit for our customers to ask general questions of SunGard’s management concerning the Company’s plans or currnet operating policies.

The next meeting of the Board will be held on Tuesday 7th October 2008 and the Customer Board members and myself would welcome your input.

Questions can be raised directly with Customer Advisory Board members by mailing them at advisoryboard.uk@sungard.com and all mails will be viewed only by Board members themselves.

Please view the Advisory Board as an additional route for the more general questions you may have for us: I would still ask you to continue to raise issues you see as very specific to your organisation’s relationship with SunGard directly with your Account Manager, or myself.
