Position Summary
To manage and develop all ongoing marketing contact with customers and to coordinate and guide the quality of all customer touch points across the Company.
Responsibilities
Develop and then manage, a customer communications place for the Company to ensure consistency of tone and message across all customer facing areas.
Provide consultancy within this plan to colleagues in other departments on communications with customers
Manage and develop current marketing communications to customers (Avail e-newsletter; service communications)
Manage the company's customer reference programme in coordinaton with the PR and External Relations Manager
Provide the ongoing marketing unput to Company-wide customer initiatives such as 'my Sungard', the customer internet portal.
Work with the Campaigns Manager and Events Manager, ensure consistency of all direct communication aimed at the customer base.
Work with the Customer Experience & Compliance Director to effectively communicate and 'sell in' planned process changes that the Company formulate.
Additionally as part of 'stakeholder marketing':
Manage and develop the Company's intranet with particular emphasis on information for Sales
Coordinate the content of the Company's UK web site
Technical Expertise
- Exposure to building customer relations through a CRM or contact management system.
- Strong verbal skills and writing ability
- Microsoft office - especially excel (highly desirable)
