Referral Program

How the Program Works

  • Partner signs SunGard’s Referral Agreement and includes a signed, original W9.  All agreements have a 24 month term.  Each lead registered with SunGard that results in closed business within six (6) months time will qualify for a referral payment. 
  • Upon completion of agreement, Partner receives a welcome packet which includes a welcome letter, lead registration form and procedure to register leads.
  • All registered leads will be assigned to a SunGard account executive (AE).  The SunGard AE contact information will be shared with the partner and introductions made. The SunGard AE will handle the entire sales process.
  • SunGard will remit 4% of NCR –monthly run rate times number of months (excluding upgrade fees, disaster declaration, software/equipment/network acquisition costs, usage or similar fees, block time fees, or third party service fees) for the initial contract term once the new named account is invoiced and the first payment is received.
