A Note About the U.S.-EU Safe Harbor Program
SunGard Availability has agreed to provide privacy protection as described in the Safe Harbor Privacy Principles and associated FAQs to EU personal data received in the provision of SunGard Availability’s Business Continuity Software services, exclusively the ePlanner, PreCovery, Rexsys, ComPAS, Revolution, Paragon, EnterPlan, CBR, and CPT software products. Personal information received from the EU includes information associated with business continuity processes and database problem resolution and repair. SunGard Availability acts as a “data processor” with respect to such EU personal data, as this information remains under the control of SunGard Availability’s customers.
