As Vice President, Human Resources, Anne Beeson provides leadership in developing and executing Human Resource strategy and supports the overall business plan and strategic direction of the organization.
As a member of the executive team, Anne establishes and executes long-range HR business objectives and strategic plans around change management, succession planning, and performance-driven total rewards systems. Anne is also responsible for managing all HR functions including employment, compensation, benefits, performance measurement, training, and organizational development.
Anne has over twenty years of HR experience and has been with the SunGard Availability Services for over seven years. Prior to SunGard Availability Services, Anne held several key management positions including VP of Human Resources at ICT Group, Inc, where she established and built the HR department.
Anne has a Bachelor’s of Science in Human Resources Management from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
