Forum Fees:
Forum registration is $1,395 per person, and includes all course materials; all meals on Monday, all meals on Tuesday, Wednesday breakfast and lunch; gratuities, and recreational events. A fee of $795 will be charged for spouses participating in forum activities.
Register by March 1, 2010 to take advantage of our special early registration discount fee of $1,295 per person.
Cancellation policy: Registration fee less $100 service charge per person will be refunded if cancellation is made 30 days prior to event. Cancellation and refund requests must be made in writing. Please allow 30 days for refund processing.
