EAS benefits and how we deliver them:
- True 60-second Recovery Time Objective for email, automatically synchronizing contacts, calendars and distribution lists. In case of an outage, EAS can move all sent, received, and deleted email back to the primary system in one step, with all forensic information intact. EAS can quickly be activated over the web or by phone for Microsoft Exchange and Lotus Notes environments.
- Designed with multiple layers of security to help satisfy the most stringent regulations and the needs of the largest enterprises. Security capabilities include integration with Active Directory authentication, AES encryption of messages, SSL encryption for transport, stringent InfoSec policies, and hosting within hardened, secure datacenters.
- Meets archive compliance requirements with 3rd-party archiving systems and corporate email retention policies by maintaining the forensic metadata of emails. A secure archive file with a record of all email transactions is also provided.

ActiveMailbox™ provides immediate access to historical email in EAS during an email outage by synchronizing email in real-time from your primary email server to the EAS data centers.
