Public Seats: Some seats for our standard training classes are included in the purchase of your software license.

On-Site Training: Additional training is available for a fee. Please contact your sales representative for more information.

Webexchange

SunGard Webexchange delivers free onscreen presentations facilitated by SunGard trainers. Attendees can view the presentation and interact with the presenter through their browser interface. In addition,  Webexchanges have a phone-in conference call to further encourage conversation. The presentations are fully controlled by SunGard personnel, so no technical knowledge is needed beyond the basic Web navigation.

Webexchange is accessed with a standard Web browser through our web site. After a brief registration process, Webexchange will analyze the user's workstation to ensure system compatibility, and may suggest users download a small plug-in. The plug-in enables the browser interface to fully optimize the connection to SunGard's servers. Users also need access to a phone line to hear the course leader and ask questions.

 
Training Policies
 

Cancellations:

SunGard must be notified three (3) business days prior to the class. If you do not cancel and fail to attend the class, SunGard will deduct the training seat(s) from your company total.

Inclement Weather:

During severe inclement weather or an emergency, SunGard reserves the right to delay or cancel a class until further notice. Students are encouraged to call 800-448-6850 option 4 to confirm that class will go on as scheduled.
