On-Site Training: Additional training is available for a fee. Please contact your sales representative for more information. Webexchange SunGard Webexchange delivers free onscreen presentations facilitated by SunGard trainers. Attendees can view the presentation and interact with the presenter through their browser interface. In addition, Webexchanges have a phone-in conference call to further encourage conversation. The presentations are fully controlled by SunGard personnel, so no technical knowledge is needed beyond the basic Web navigation.
Webexchange is accessed with a standard Web browser through our web site. After a brief registration process, Webexchange will analyze the user's workstation to ensure system compatibility, and may suggest users download a small plug-in. The plug-in enables the browser interface to fully optimize the connection to SunGard's servers. Users also need access to a phone line to hear the course leader and ask questions.
