Customer Support Center (CSC)

The SunGard Software Products Group, Customer Support Center, is here to provide software application support and software application hosting services for SunGard's software products.

Our goal is to provide an excellent customer experience to ensure client satisfaction.

Our office is staffed from 7:00 AM  to 7:00 PM Eastern time, Monday through Friday. (Holidays excluded)

Please refer to your Services Guide for after hours emergency support options.
